The new darlings of the Northern Quarter are our featured artists this week.

Who?
Sam Blakeley (lead vocals, guitar), Harvey O'Toole (lead guitar), Britt Dewhurst (bass) & Jack Rainbow (drums)
After meeting at University in Manchester, the band (who partly hail from Brighton, partly from Blackburn), began to gig around venues in the city.
What?
Post-punk, surf-punk, very cool, very loud, very Pyncher. Think 'drunk student ironically improvises a Black Sabbath song' but in a good way.
Where?
The band are based in Manchester and gig regularly at venues like the Castle Hotel, Night & Day Cafe & YES. Recently played The Troubadour in London at the request of Damien Hirst.
When?
Catch them at Sidney & Matilda in Sheffield on the 8th December.
